  • Q: What options do I have for payment?
    A: We take cash, credit card and checks. We strive to make your storage experience as easy as possible. We recommend customers enroll in the SurePay automatic credit card payment plan
  • Q: Do you require a deposit or administrative fee?
    A: No our leases do not require these hidden fees.
  • Q: What does on-site manager mean?
    A: on-site manager means that an employee, usually the storage manager, has an apartment on-site as port of the facility.
  • Q: What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
    A: The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours, the Storage Manager will be available to help you with your storage needs. Moving and packing supplies are available for sale at these times. The gate hours are the hours when your storage unit is available for loading and unloading purposes.
  • Q: What does climate control mean?
    A: Climate control is a feature offer at some of our properties. Climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 – 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your storage belongings from extreme temperatures.
